We work on three types of Attitude Positive Attitude
Negative Attitude
Posture

Positive Attitude is how you react to or feel about things around you in a good way

Being happy about something displays a positive attitude.  A positive attitude allows us to do things we might not have thought possible, until we tried.  Having a positive attitude toward your chores can make your day happy.

Negative Attitude is a feeling of dislike about something

Disliking something, like vegetables is a negative attitude.  Sometimes a negative attitude is good, like saying no to gangs and drugs or cigarettes.  A negative attitude about things which can help you, can cause you to fail, like having a negative attitude about homework can cause poor grades in school.

Posture is how present yourself, physically, which shows those around you Positive or Negative feelings

Standing tall with a smile on your face is an example of a positive attitude.  Standing tall with a mean look on your face can show a bully not to bother you.
