With self-discipline all things are possible. Without it, even the simplest goal can seem like the impossible dream. |

| Self Discipline is when you do what you know you are supposed to do | ||
| An example of this is when you practice your new forms and techniques at home without having your parents or someone else telling you to do it. | ||
| Other Discipline is when someone else has to tell you what you are supposed to do | ||
| Other discipline is when your mom or dad tells you to clean your room "or else you'll get your TV privileges take away!" or when your parents tell you to "Turn off the TV and do your homework!" | ||
| If you bring in a sheet with examples of five things you've done in a week, to show "self discipline" you will earn a silver star. | ||
