We work on three types of goals Short term goals
Long term goals
Personal or Life goals

A Short Term Goal could be a simple as trying to earn your next stripe

A Long Term Goal is a plan for the future.  Earning a black belt or achieving the rank of master is a long term goal

A long term goal is something we set for the future.  The use of short term goals makes sure we keep ourselves on track.

A Personal or Life Goal is a plan for how you intend to live your life.  When we have a realistic plan and a method to making it come true, we are likely to succeed in all of our endeavors.

Making a Goal happen: Write it down
  Plan your steps
  Share it with others
  Read it often
  Follow your plan

If you bring in a sheet with examples of five goals and how you can achieve them,  you will earn a silver star.
